Big winds in the Eastern Sierra today! I'm hoping for lenticular clouds tonight or tomorrow morning. The power is out at the moment, and things like lawn furniture are far downwind. I was getting pelted in the face with debris, so I put on ski goggles. I went and filmed from a dock, but it felt like it might catch the wind and launch me, so I came back in to scrape the debris out of my eyes. #weather #windy #easternsierra

Wow! You sure aren't in Kansas anymore!
I remember the winds of '14. Blew so hard, it pushed the flatlands into hills.
Fantastic!
Was on Route 6, turned back due to dust cloud, then went to the Volcanic Tablelands. Startlingly beautiful afternoon and evening.
