Lori's love of landscape photography comes from deep experience and practical knowledge of wilderness.  Lori taught accredited classes in Wilderness Survival Skills through UCLA for 10 years with Ron Hood, who helped the Navy Seals and Marine Mountain Warfare Center develop the survival training they use today.  If you watch a survival show on TV, Ron's the guy they all reference as having trained them.  She's considering offering wilderness classes in the High Sierra in 2014.  You may have the opportunity to join her to enjoy spectacular vistas at 10,000 feet while sipping a cup of fresh pennyroyal tea.
