Here are a few of the locations we visited during our workshop in March. The next Death Valley workshop is coming up fast: April 9 – 12, following an adventurous 3-night itinerary mostly on unpaved roads, leading us to shooting locations in the 2800 – 6500 foot elevation range.

Given the rain in Death Valley in January and the follow-up showers in March, I’m expecting April into May to be the best timing for Death Valley wildflowers in 2018.
