"Aunty Em, Aunty Em!"

Big winds in the Eastern Sierra today! I'm hoping for lenticular clouds tonight or tomorrow morning. The power is out at the moment, and things like lawn furniture are far downwind. I was getting pelted in the face with debris, so I put on ski goggles. I went and filmed from a dock, but it felt like it might catch the wind and launch me, so I came back in to scrape the debris out of my eyes. #weather #windy #easternsierra

  1. Lenticular clouds are shaped by blowing over the mountains. They can be
long or circular poufs or both at the same time. (That's my version, I'm
sure there's a more technical version you can Google.)
