Sunday evening (8-10-2014) is another Super Moon 13% bigger (closer), 30% Brighter! Another Triad is happening in the next few months. +logan hubbard The park normally closes at 6 pm, but on Saturday this last weekend Bodie Foundation members were invited to a members-only BBQ from 6 – 8:30 pm, which was supposed to include an evening tour of Bodie Bluff. There was lightning up until 5:30 or so, so the bluff tour was cancelled, and they kicked everyone out of the park by 6:30. I also organize sunset and night access from 6 pm – 1 am plus sunrise and interior access 6 am – noon the next morning.
